WHAT TO EXPECT
During each date, we will be hosting 5 college coaches putting athletes through college level drills and workouts. Pitchers should expect to throw short bullpens (15-20 pitches) in addition to drills. Hitters will have 90-120 minutes of offensive work and swings. Each defensive unit will have 45 minutes of defensive work.
